Enjoy an afternoon round of golf for three, accompanied by a member, at The Loxahatchee Club, including lunch before and a drink afterwards. The Club features a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course of 7,240 yards “from the tips”, that is known as a "shot maker's course." With the aid of an outstanding caddie program, golfers of all skill levels find their golfing experience “at Lox” enjoyable but challenging, whether they walk the course or use a cart. The 18-hole course flow is continuous as there are no interior homesites. Jack Nicklaus says he designed the course as a "members' course," with flavorings of the old Scottish game mingled with the finest characteristics of modern American golf. He calls it “one of my most imaginative courses and certainly one of the best I have ever done.” The Loxahatchee Club course history includes having been selected as a “best new course” by Golf Digest, which has also rated Loxahatchee as one of the top 100 courses in North America. The course is the centerpiece of The Loxahatchee Club residential community, with 285 homes set on 340 acres with over 71 acres of fresh water lakes – most of which are easily accessible from 14 of its 18 fairways.
